Credit Representative

Job Summary

Seeking compassionate individuals, the full-time remote Credit Representative will utilize advanced communication tools to assist consumers with payment negotiations and debt resolution while working from home in Arizona, Nevada, Illinois, Idaho, Iowa, or Texas.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with consumers via phone, live chat, email, and text to provide exceptional customer service
• Negotiate payment agreements and resolve customer concerns to help individuals manage their debts
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to navigate customer interactions and maintain performance metrics

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 1.5 years of first or third-party collections experience
• Ability to maintain a dedicated, quiet workspace at home
• Reliable internet connection of 50 MB or more, hard-wired to the company PC
• General computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens and type at least 25 words per minute
• Must possess a personal cell phone for security application installation and be present in a virtual work environment during working hours
