Job Summary
To support a compassionate team focused on customer service, the full-time Credit Representative will engage with consumers through phone, live chat, email, and text to negotiate payment agreements and assist individuals in managing their debts while working remotely in the Houston, Texas area.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced technology to communicate with consumers and provide exceptional service
- Negotiate payment agreements and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Navigate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software while handling inbound and outbound calls
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 1.5 years of 1st or 3rd party collection experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Experience with general computer skills and navigating multiple screens
