Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Representative II to support the Claim Resolution Department in managing patient accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Correct, collect, and/or rebill patient accounts to ensure timely payments
Collaborate with various departments to resolve coding errors and improve payment results
Create daily reports and assist in audits and account reviews as needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year experience in follow-up, billing, cash posting, or related revenue cycle experience
