Job Summary

Focusing on credit balance and overpayment recovery, the full-time remote Credit Resolution Manager will supervise claims resolution activities, analyze trends, and implement process improvements while providing training and support to staff.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze system reports to identify credit balance and refund trends, communicating findings effectively
  • Implement and improve processes to prevent future credit balances and ensure timely follow-up on refund requests
  • Provide staff training and education while holding team members accountable for productivity and quality standards
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years of business office, billing, or AR follow-up experience in a physician's office or medical environment
  • Strong understanding of credit balance processes and knowledge of CPT/HCPCS and payer rules
  • Proven ability to analyze data and trends, with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in Urology or a physician practice environment preferred
