Credit Resolution Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Business Services Credit Resolution Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure departmental policies are reviewed and updated for compliance
• Oversee monthly performance statistics and monitor payment posting quality control processes
• Lead recruitment efforts and provide feedback on workflow efficiency and performance issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field
• Five years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Completion of LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for supervisory experience
• Equivalent experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree on a one-to-one basis
• Must pass pre-employment skills test as required by Human Resources
