A company is looking for a Credit Resolution Representative - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform refund and credit analyses for various payors
• Manage desk inventory, complete reports, and resolve high priority accounts
• Handle correspondence for refunds from payers and patients

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in hospital billing or follow-up functions preferred
• Entry-level understanding of hospital billing forms and coding
• Knowledge of Managed Care and Gov't Medicare/Medicaid regulations
