Job Summary

Responsible for processing refunds and managing patient and insurance balances, the full-time remote Credit Resolution Representative will efficiently handle a high volume of credit transactions across all service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Process credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain patient and insurance balances in accordance with established standards
• Adhere to the organization's mission and service standards while performing duties

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in revenue cycle or healthcare billing/insurance preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proficient computer and keyboarding skills
• Customer service skills are essential
