Job Summary
Supporting the governance infrastructure of the Credit Review Group, the full-time Credit Review Governance Manager will manage risk assessment programs, oversee business continuity management, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards while working onsite in Sunrise, FL.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the administration and maintenance of the Credit Review Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program, ensuring effective governance and documentation
- Support the Credit Review Business Continuity Management (BCM) program, coordinating required activities and maintaining compliance with enterprise requirements
- Oversee Records and Access Management processes, ensuring adherence to governance standards and documentation practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in Governance, Control Management, Internal Audit, or a related discipline within a large financial institution
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management practices, and enterprise policies
- Experience with programs such as RCSA, Business Continuity Management, and Third Party Risk Management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple governance processes simultaneously
