Job Summary

Overseeing governance processes and risk management activities, the full-time salaried Credit Review Governance Manager will support the Credit Review Group in maintaining compliance with enterprise requirements and regulatory expectations while managing documentation and stakeholder inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the administration and maintenance of the Credit Review Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program
  • Support the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program, ensuring compliance with enterprise requirements
  • Manage Records and Access Management processes, maintaining appropriate governance and documentation standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in Governance, Control Management, Internal Audit, or a related discipline within a large financial institution
  • Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and risk management practices
  • Experience with programs such as RCSA, Business Continuity Management, or Third Party Risk Management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple governance processes simultaneously
