Credit Review Officer

Job Summary

To support the organization's credit risk management efforts, the full-time Credit Review Officer will conduct comprehensive credit file reviews, assess underwriting quality, and validate risk ratings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct individual credit file reviews to independently validate and adjust risk ratings
• Perform continuous loan review and monitoring, collaborating with Line of Business executives and Credit Risk Management
• Lead a team of reviewers, providing guidance and writing reports with conclusions and recommendations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Master's Degree preferred
• 6-12 years of credit experience in Payments and/or Counterparty Credit Risk preferred
• Relevant professional certification preferred (e.g., ProSight/RMA Credit Risk Certification, Moody's Analytics Certificate in Commercial Credit)
• Advanced understanding of lending products and regulatory concepts
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing projects and team performance
