Credit Review QA Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the effectiveness of credit risk management, the full-time salaried Credit Review QA Manager will establish and lead the Quality Assurance program for the Credit Review Group, focusing on independent assessment of review quality and adherence to methodologies while supporting regulatory examinations and internal audits.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Credit Review leadership to develop and enhance the Credit Review Quality Assurance framework
• Conduct Quality Assurance reviews and oversee issue management tracking and reporting activities
• Prepare and support Board and Management reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and alignment with standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Credit Review, Quality Assurance, or independent risk management within a large financial institution
• Demonstrated experience in assessing adherence to policies and control frameworks
• Experience developing reporting and analytics, including KPI and performance measurement frameworks
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrixed environment
