Credit Risk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Consultant, Credit & Political Risk (Credit Risk Analyst).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements and assess counterparty creditworthiness
• Evaluate political and country risks, incorporating them into credit assessments
• Develop and maintain credit risk and political risk models and frameworks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's degree in finance, economics, or accounting preferred
• 10+ years of experience in developing risk models or quantitative analytical tools
• CPA or CFA designation is a plus
• Strong foundation in financial statement analysis and credit evaluation
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with analytics tools preferred
