Credit Risk Analyst

Job Summary

As a key member of the Capital team, the full-time Credit Risk Analyst will architect and implement credit policies, leverage data for risk recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely in the United States or Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement credit policies using proprietary and industry data to target and size capital products
• Utilize analytical skills to provide credit risk recommendations and support strategic business decisions
• Collaborate with teams across Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Capital Markets to shape new product development

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in credit analysis and underwriting
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field
• Experience in risk management or financial lending
• Strong technical expertise, including SQL and Excel
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured and fast-moving organization
