Job Summary

Driving credit policy innovations, the full-time remote Credit Risk Analyst will architect and implement credit policies, provide analytical insights for strategic decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement credit policies using proprietary and industry data to optimize capital products
• Utilize analytical skills to deliver credit risk recommendations and support strategic business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape new product development and analyze account activity for portfolio trend monitoring

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in credit analysis and underwriting
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field
• Experience in risk management or financial lending
• Strong technical expertise, including SQL and Excel
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured and fast-moving organization
