Credit Risk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Risk Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Perform credit analyses to improve new customer underwriting, loan amount assignment, and pricing
• Create and maintain business intelligence tools to monitor and report on key performance metrics for credit risk, fraud, and credit operations
• Monitor and validate accuracy of implementation and modifications to KYC, fraud screening, credit eligibility, and loan pricing

Qualifications:

• Must have 1+ years of experience performing credit analyses in consumer lending businesses
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel Macros/VBA, and preferably R/Python
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and succinctly
• Experience using Tableau or other software for data exploration & visualization is strongly preferred
• BS / MS in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering) preferred
