A company is looking for a Credit Risk Analytics & AI Enablement Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to enhance credit risk workflows using AI in areas such as underwriting and portfolio monitoring
• Design and implement AI tools to assist analysts with credit memos and risk signal interpretation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-enabled workflows and automate risk processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, automation, or AI within fintech or financial services
• Experience with AI or LLM tools to enhance analytical workflows
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with analytics dashboards
• Familiarity with prompt design and automation frameworks integrating structured data
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in Risk, Engineering, and Data Science
