Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Risk - Collections and Portfolio Management Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine the credit risk management strategy in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing credit risk team
• Collaborate with first-line business units to understand their credit risk exposure and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in credit risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of FinTech operations and credit risk modeling
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing credit risk strategies
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM) preferred
