Credit Risk Manager - Pennsylvania

Job Summary

Leading a best-in-class credit risk team, the full-time Head of Credit Risk - Pennsylvania will manage acquisitions and account management credit risk for the consumer card portfolio while driving sustainable growth and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to implement prudent risk practices for sustained growth
• Developing and executing new account and existing customer account management strategies
• Managing credit operations and continuously improving risk management for various card products

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant credit risk management or financial services experience
• 5+ years of people management experience, including managing managers
• Knowledge of card P&L dynamics and consumer behavior interactions
• Demonstrated experience in leading change and improving business operations
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in finance, engineering, mathematics, or statistics
