Credit Risk Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Risk SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reviews of new loans and modifications to identify credit risk weaknesses and regulatory violations
• Conduct credit analyses, including financial statements, cash flow models, and underwriting decisions
• Communicate findings and provide recommendations through clear and concise reports to clients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of four years' experience in a credit analyst or related position
• Knowledge of commercial and consumer banking laws, loan documentation, and lending policies
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Job relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CRC) preferred
• General computer skills, particularly in Windows-based applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
