Investigate and resolve customer disputes and inquiries in a timely manner
Review and coordinate collection issues with sales management and representatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of credit services experience
Collection experience
Financial statement analysis skills
SAP/FSCM experience
Bankruptcy experience
