Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Services Specialist to manage customer accounts and handle inquiries remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, approximately 50 per shift
• Process customer payments and reconcile outstanding account balances
• Provide routine clerical support and assist customers with account-related questions

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of credit experience
• Call center experience is a plus
• Strong and accurate data entry skills
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
