Credit Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Invoice to Cash (ITC) team, the full-time Credit Specialist will investigate credit risks, recommend credit extensions, and negotiate collection arrangements while working remotely from the Boise, ID area.

Key responsibilities

• Investigates credit risks and follows guidelines for granting credit to customers
• Recommends new lines of credit and negotiates collection arrangements for overdue accounts
• Analyzes credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk and maintains customer files

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of high-volume corporate credit granting and risk management experience preferred
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Knowledge of credit procedures and internal controls including SOX requirements
• Strong customer service skills and experience in negotiations
• Ability to work effectively in a metric-driven environment
