Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Standards Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage underwriting materials and ensure timely updates to policies
  • Develop and deliver training programs for underwriting staff and monitor pre-funding defects
  • Coordinate credit standards with operations and assist in developing tools for underwriting efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of underwriting experience
  • Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting and credit policy
  • Ability to manage multiple updates and coordinate across departments
  • Familiarity with investor guidelines and regulatory frameworks
  • Must pass a criminal history background check
