Job Summary
A company is looking for a Credit Standards Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage underwriting materials and ensure timely updates to policies
- Develop and deliver training programs for underwriting staff and monitor pre-funding defects
- Coordinate credit standards with operations and assist in developing tools for underwriting efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of underwriting experience
- Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting and credit policy
- Ability to manage multiple updates and coordinate across departments
- Familiarity with investor guidelines and regulatory frameworks
- Must pass a criminal history background check
