Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Strategy Analyst to develop and optimize credit performance strategies while managing risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine credit strategies through analysis of market trends and portfolio performance
• Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and risks within the credit portfolio
• Evaluate the credit portfolio composition and recommend strategies for risk reduction and improvement

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis, financial strategy, or risk management roles
• Proficiency in data analytics and statistical software tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R)
• Experience in Generative AI and familiarity with credit risk models
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
