Job Summary

Seeking an innovative and data-driven Credit Strategy Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and implement credit strategies for lending products, balancing portfolio growth with responsible risk management while collaborating across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement credit strategies for lending products, including underwriting, pricing, and credit policies
• Propose data-driven product and credit policy changes to enhance profitability and customer experience
• Create and present analysis to stakeholders, identifying performance variances and evaluating profitability impacts

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in credit strategy within Fintech or retail banking
• Strong understanding of credit risk management and the full credit lifecycle
• Proven experience leveraging alternative data for underwriting decisions
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative-related field is a plus
