Credit Strategy Manager
Job Summary
Leading the analytical processes that support credit strategy and pricing, the full-time remote Credit Strategy Manager will manage end-to-end credit analytics, develop production-ready analytical models, and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex credit analytics for strategy, pricing, policy, and executive decision making, including scenario analysis and impact simulations
- Develop and validate analytical code and workflows using SQL, Python, and BI tools, ensuring rigorous quality control and documentation
- Build reporting solutions to monitor loan performance and provide recommendations based on operational performance trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a STEM field, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in data analytics
- 3 years of experience in consumer risk preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and/or Python
- Financial industry experience preferred
