Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Support Specialist II to manage credit applications and customer accounts remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to customers and employees for Sales Finance Programs
  • Process sales finance applications and maintain accurate customer records
  • Assist in drafting processes and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant administrative or specialist experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with JD Edwards system is preferred
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required; undergraduate degree preferred
  • Ability to process credit and financing applications
