Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Support Specialist to manage delinquent borrower accounts and ensure timely payment resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for delinquent customers and make daily collection calls for overdue loans
  • Monitor loan accounts and schedule delinquent payments while maintaining accurate records of collection efforts
  • Provide guidance to customers on loan terms and assist with company audits and assigned projects
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a call center/customer service environment
  • Knowledge of loan servicing processes and financial regulations is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
  • Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus
