Key Responsibilities

• Analyze borrower financial information and assess key credit indicators
• Evaluate financing requests and structure Term Sheets
• Prepare concise underwriting summaries and credit memoranda

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or nonprofit lending
• Strong financial statement analysis skills and ability to interpret nonprofit financials
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with lending origination systems and remote work
• Familiarity with nonprofit accounting and revenue structures is preferred
