Creditor Escalations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creditor Escalations Conference Manager to oversee the Negotiations department and ensure business goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Negotiations to achieve business goals and prioritize the company mission
• Provide training, coaching, and development for team members while maintaining relationships with creditors
• Monitor employee performance and enforce company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Completed BS degree in a related discipline preferred
• 6 years of experience in customer service and financial products, including 3 years in people management
• No performance improvement plans or corrective actions in the last 6 months for internal candidates
• Proven track record of meeting goals and assisting others
• Ability to utilize metrics for proactive problem-solving
