Key Responsibilities

Resolve credit balance accounts and process refunds on hospital and guarantor accounts
Meet productivity standards and contribute to departmental goals
Review and resolve credit balances, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate; BA or BS preferred
Minimum 4 years of healthcare-related credit resolution experience
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
Familiarity with payer-specific programs and websites
Proficient in Excel and Word as required for job functions
