Credits Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credits/Refunds Supervisor - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and analyze credits trending reports to monitor inflow and resource planning
• Track staff productivity and accuracy, incorporating data into performance reviews and goal setting
• Ensure compliance with performance standards and provide training and coaching to team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in a business or health-related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in anesthesia or related fields
• Two to three years of prior supervisory experience in medical billing and collections preferred
• Strong knowledge of patient accounting systems and financial class setup
• Ability to work independently and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
