Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credits Supervisor - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team leads and credits associates, ensuring performance standards are met
• Compile and produce reports for management, tracking staff productivity and accuracy
• Provide training and ongoing education for staff, assisting with performance reviews and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a business or health-related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an anesthesia or clinical pain setting preferred
• 3-5 years prior supervisory experience in medical billing and collections preferred
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in patient accounting systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and able to work independently with minimal supervision
