Creole English Interpreter

Job Summary

Fluent in Creole English, the full-time remote Creole English Interpreter will provide consecutive interpretation services over the phone and via video calls, assisting clients in real-time communication across various professional settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consecutive interpretation services over-the-phone and through video remote interpreting (VRI)
• Participate in four weeks of remote training to develop interpretation and listening skills
• Ensure clear and accurate communication while adhering to work requirements and customer service practices

Required qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Work from Home experience
• Professional proficiency in English and French at an above-average level
• Ability to pass a language assessment
• Bilingual customer service experience
