Cribl DevOps Engineer Lead
Job Summary
As a hands-on technical leader, the full-time remote Cribl DevOps Engineer Lead will advance the development and automation capabilities of the Enterprise Monitoring Data team by contributing to CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and emerging technologies, while mentoring engineers in best practices for observability and data ingestion.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale ingestion and migration efforts while improving operational maturity across monitoring platforms
- Utilize expertise in Cribl Stream and Splunk to enhance platform adoption and reduce operational overhead
- Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to architect and support production-scale telemetry and data pipeline environments
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or eight years of relevant experience in designing and scripting infrastructure solutions
- Significant hands-on experience with Cribl pipelines in production environments
- Experience integrating Cribl Stream with observability and analytics platforms
- Proven track record of leading data ingestion and migration initiatives
- Experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers in platform engineering best practices
