Cribl Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

As a hands-on technical leader, the full-time Cribl Lead DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and mature enterprise-scale observability solutions while mentoring engineers in best practices and managing large-scale data ingestion and migration efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale observability solutions and data ingestion patterns
• Lead large-scale ingestion and migration efforts while improving operational maturity
• Mentor engineers in observability, data ingestion, and platform engineering best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or related field, or a minimum of eight years of relevant experience
• Minimum of six years working with operating system hardware and/or software components
• Significant hands-on experience designing and supporting Cribl pipelines in production environments
• Experience integrating Cribl with Splunk and other observability platforms
• Proven experience providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers
