Job Summary

Owning and scaling the paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, the full-time Criminal Justice Certified Paid Social Manager will execute a full-funnel strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across Law Enforcement, Commercial, and Community Safety verticals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end paid social strategy, ensuring full-funnel performance across multiple business verticals
• Oversee daily campaign operations, including audience research, ad copy iteration, and advanced optimization tactics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align paid social initiatives with broader marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid social experience in high-growth B2B companies
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms, including audience targeting and advanced bidding strategies
• Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and ROI through paid social campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation using tools like Excel or SQL
• Self-starter mentality with excellent project management skills to handle multiple priorities
