Job Summary

A company is looking for a Faculty/Program Director of Criminal Justice Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage certificate, undergraduate, and graduate-level criminal justice programs
• Teach 27 credit hours of online coursework per year and ensure program alignment with accreditation standards
• Continuously assess and improve program content, effectiveness, and student experience

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in criminal justice
• Three years of full-time or equivalent teaching experience
• Experience in higher education, particularly in online program support
• Demonstrated leadership experience in program administration or academic management
• Commitment to the Christian faith and the mission of the institution
