Job Summary
A company is looking for a Criminal Records Coordinator who will support unit operations through the review and fulfillment of public record information for background screening purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor workflow and case volume, ensuring timely progression of work and tracking delayed cases
- Review and submit statewide documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and company requirements
- Research public record information and maintain professional relationships with court personnel and agencies for efficient information retrieval
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2-4 years of prior experience in a related role; experience in Criminal Justice or as a Paralegal is a plus
- Intermediate proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
