Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Center Case Manager to provide real-time support to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to behavioral health crises using trauma-informed, de-escalation techniques
  • Conduct suicide and safety risk assessments and escalate to emergency services when needed
  • Create and review collaborative safety plans with members and coordinate referrals to appropriate levels of care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of behavioral health experience (case management, crisis response, care coordination, counseling, etc.)
  • Crisis center, emergency department, or mobile crisis experience strongly preferred
  • Strong skills in crisis assessment, safety planning, and digital communication
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize member safety
