Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Center Case Manager (Thursday - Sunday).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage crises by responding to calls and digital requests, utilizing de-escalation techniques and crisis management skills
  • Evaluate risk levels and develop collaborative safety plans with members, ensuring timely communication and documentation
  • Coordinate referrals to appropriate care levels and involve the member's support network when necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience in providing behavioral health services
  • Experience in a crisis center, emergency department, or mobile crisis program preferred
