Job Summary
A company is looking for a Crisis Center Case Manager (Thursday - Sunday).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage crises by responding to calls and digital requests, utilizing de-escalation techniques
- Evaluate risk levels and develop collaborative safety plans with members
- Coordinate referrals to appropriate levels of care and document all interactions accurately
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in providing behavioral health services
- Experience in a crisis center, emergency department, or mobile crisis program preferred
