Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Crisis Chat & Text Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to crisis chats/texts and provide emotional support, assessment, and crisis intervention
• Research community treatment resources to ensure access to care and support
• Document chats in an accurate and timely manner with relevant clinical information

Required Qualifications:

• Able to meet Qualified Mental Health Associate requirements
• Crisis intervention knowledge
• Proficient in technology use and troubleshooting
• Understanding of mental health assessment, treatment, and service terminology
• Ability to implement skill development strategies and coordinate services
