Job Summary

Crisis Communications Manager provides full-time crisis management and communications support for clients during cybersecurity incidents, collaborating with technical teams and leadership to evaluate risks and develop proactive communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reactive crisis management and communications support during cybersecurity incidents
  • Lead incident response communications activities for internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to develop and strengthen cyber crisis communications plans
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 8 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or communications
  • 3 years of experience in cyber crisis situations and crisis communications
  • 3 years of experience in crisis management related to cybersecurity or technology events
  • Experience in leading accounts and providing strategic communications advice to executives
