Key Responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance in a secure home workspace

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to multitask effectively while using multiple software systems
• Emotional resilience and capacity to handle various call types
• Availability for remote scheduling, including weekends and holidays
