A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Birmingham, AL.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with a secure workspace
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts post-training
• Completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required
