Job Summary

Providing telephonic support, the full-time Crisis Counselor - Alabama Licensed will deliver compassionate emotional support, conduct risk assessments, and offer crisis intervention services while working remotely from Alabama.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and develop appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
