Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Crisis Counselor - Colorado Licensed will engage with callers in distress, conduct risk assessments, and offer crisis intervention services while working remotely from Colorado.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively across multiple software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Colorado residency required for remote work
• Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations
• Commitment to regular availability on weekends and holidays post-training
