Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Jacksonville, FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress or seeking guidance
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including levels of risk and urgent safety issues
• Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically sound documentation while multitasking across multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Availability to work weekends and holidays post-training
• Completion of a six-week paid virtual training cohort is required for continued employment
