A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Cape Coral, FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources
• Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to work a full 40-hour schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a stable internet connection
• Completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
